How is the live workshop different from the on-demand version?▾

The on-demand-only product is the self-paced class without live Q&A; you can start it the moment you buy.

When is the next cohort?▾

No date is currently scheduled. Cohorts run when there’s a waitlist of around 12–20 authors ready to commit. Drop your name on the waitlist (link in the hero above) and you’ll be the first to know when the date is set.

What if I can’t make the live date?▾

Live attendees keep on-demand class access for six months after the cohort, so if you miss a session you can take that part of the class in your own time. If you know up front you can’t make the live date at all, the standalone on-demand product is the cheaper option ($97 vs $131) — same teaching, same workbook, instant.

Do I need to write any specific genre?▾

No. The setting framework works for romance, mystery, thriller, fantasy, contemporary — anywhere place matters. Examples in the workshop are drawn from across genres.

What time of day are the live sessions usually held?▾

Cohorts are scheduled to overlap reasonable hours across UK, EU, US East Coast and South Africa. Specific time confirmed in the waitlist email when the date is set, so you can decide before committing.
